    With a focus on functionality and user experience, your new online store will make your customers’ path-to-purchase as easy as possible across all platforms and devices. For example, you can choose whether you want us to set up your online store as a classic B2C eCommerce platform or a B2B ordering platform. Custom CSS also creates a more high-end user experience with interactive features, custom displays and more.

  • How can I get a quote?

    Easy! Simply book your Discovery Session 〉 and we can first ensure we’re the right fit for your business.


    Once we’ve discussed your requirements, we’ll present you with a Letter of Engagement for your project, which includes the scope of work, your quote and all other relevant information.


  • What do I need to provide you?

    Once your deposit is paid, work can begin on your site. We will send you our Content Collection Form where you can provide all the necessary information we need, such as contact details, business information, logo files and any images for your site.


    We may also ask for further documents or details along the way.


  • How long will it take to design and build my new website?

    This will depend on the size of your new website and the number of pages required.


    A simple holding page/space saver can be created within 24 hours, while more complex projects normally take between 4 to 6 weeks, depending on the availability of content (e.g. text and images).


    When we know your exact requirements, we will complete a full project proposal with an estimated timeline for delivery.


  • Where will my website be hosted?

    Your website will be hosted on our Amazon Web Services secure cloud network (99.9% uptime).


    Websites must be hosted with Contour Digital due to the content management software (CMS) and our maintenance service.


  • Can I make updates to my site?

    You sure can! Once your website is published, we will issue you with a username and password to access your dashboard and content management software (CMS). This is where you can make basic updates and edits to your website text and images — don't worry, we'll show you how!


    eCommerce websites will receive an additional login to access their online store.


    Contour Digital also provides all clients with website updates and editing services. 


  • Which eCommerce platform do you use?

    Contour Digital is an Ecwid store software partner. 


    Any Ecwid paid apps requested by the CLIENT for integration will be billed separately.


  • What optimisation do you do on my site?

    Before we publish your site, we conduct the following optimisation:

    • Ensure your website is responsive on all platforms and devices
    • Submit your website to the Google Search Console
    • Optimise page titles 
    • Insert page meta data
    • Generate Secure SSL Certificate

  • How quickly can my website be published?

    Once your website is fully developed and you have approved the design and layout, we will carry out the final optimisation of your site.


    After this, your website will generally be activated within 24 hours. However, there are some exceptions and success will usually depend on access to the domain account.


  • Do you redesign websites?

    You know your current website has good bones… But it needs a face lift.


    Yes! 

    We redesign and update your existing website to include the power of integrated features and intuitive design.
